Walk in Interview 19th,20th and 21st August for Business Analyst

This opening is being sought for the positions of 'Operations Analyst'. The resource would be part of the Operations Process team at BankBazaar.com, and would be reporting into Business Analyst. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership for successful resolution of technical issues taking the help of Development / Technology Integration team. The candidate is expected to work closely with members of Technology, Product, Testing and Business Operations teams, in addition to other key stakeholders in the company. Key responsibilities include the below:
Complete tracking and ownership of tracking resolution of technology issues
Interacting with Business Team to understand issues, and convey the same to Technology stakeholders.
Interact with different internal teams to get the updated status on a daily basis on all such issue, till the time they achieve proper closure with customer sign-off.
Define, maintain and track processes to be implemented for various issues.
Support integration and User Acceptance Testing activities.
Preparing Training material (User Manual) and check lists and conducting user
training sessions for relevant stakeholders.
Skill-set sought:
Prior experience in working with Product/Software Development Life Cycle.
Basic technical understanding of CRM and Web based technologies
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Ability to work and cope up within the challenging environment of a fast evolving team.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and people

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in Financial Services/IT/ITES sector as Business Analyst. Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is an added plus.

Qualification:
B.E (CS/EC/IT)
MBA would be added advantage.
