Skill Requirements - Resource must be
* Detail oriented
* Have strong analytical skills to evaluate proposed solutions and requirements
* Have strong design skills and problem solving capabilities
* SQL programming hands-on experience - both JDBC and PL/SQL programming skills
* Fluent in English - Able to understand spoken English across multiple accents
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
* Experienced in automating operational tasks such as: database query execution, data and file
* Processing and loading into certain systems, etc
* Able to identify issues and trends based on reviews of application level reports
