* Ensuring quality of the deliverables
* Ensuring High availability of databases by setting up and maintaining MySQL Master/Slave & Master/Master Replication
* Keeping Track of effort spend on tasks assigned to him.
* Backup, monitoring, query optimization, performance tuning etc
* Support, refactor and enhance an existing application/ system.
* Writing Stored Procedures/Functions/Triggers in PL/SQL
* Query Optimization
* Awareness of best practices, new technologies and trends
