We are looking for HR – Recruiter with 2 to 10 Years of Experience.
Job Description:
• Responsible for end to end Recruitment.
• Must have Knowledge of Entire Recruitment Cycle.
• Source profiles using various approach - portals, head hunting, network building, referrals, Mapping or Social Networking sites.

• Experience in IT or Non- IT recruitment

• Involved and managing full- lifecycle of contract hiring and recruitment process.
• Detailed analysis of the JD – analyzing the client’s requirement on different technologies
• Sourcing through various job portals and screening of valid profiles.
• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
• Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview , offer negotiation and follow up till joining to ensure closure.
• Aligned closely with the TL and Managers.
• Able to handle various requirements simultaneously.
• Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
• Maintain own database
