Job Position - Specialist/Expert (French)
Job Location - ChennaiSalary - Upto 6,50,000 Lac/per annum + incentivesDesired Qualification: Any Graduate.Should be proficient in French language (Read, write & Speak)Working days: 5 days a week

- Pricing inline with trade supplied yield & KPI targets - Pricing internally in a timely manner - Quote negotiations - Close liaison with external sales, customer service and customers - General problem solving and quick turnaround of invoice disputes - Ensure compliance with company standards & procedures and with national & international legislation - Actively support the A&E initiatives to achieve zero defect service to customers, both internal & external - Build close relationship with External sales member and their respective top accounts - Support external sales to identify, create and close business opportunities, and with creation of pain sheets, value propositions - Support clusters actively in sales pipeline management (opportunities, campaigns etc.) - Active monitoring of customer commitments and compliance - Inform customers on business relevant market developments and changes via emails - Initiate timely and accurate management of tenders - Quick and correct responses to customer rate inquiries - Proactive renewal and filing of service contracts - Timely and accurate updates of crucial sales support systems - Take end to end ownership of service delivery issues and resolution Implement commercial policies of the Trades, and to communicate these to all relevant parties. - Support external Sales in delivering budgeted volumes and yield targets through use of Sales tools. - Support external Sales activities in terms of preparing tenders, service and rate proposals. - Address invoice disputes proactively to minimize their occurrence and reduce outstanding payments.
Key Success Indicators: - Accurate and timely issuance of all quotations / contracts - Maximised customer support - Optimised yield potential - Full knowledge of Standard Operating procedures and internal systems relevant to the role - Increased take up of e-commerce facilities
Experience Range: 2 - 10 Years' experience with Sales / Operations / Customer Service process in French Language as a primary communication through Email, Voice or Chat Support with Customers.
Candidate should have excellent command over French and English language skills (oral & written)
