We have immediate requirement for  IT and ITES Recruiter in our organization.

Designation:  HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive
Experience: 1 yr to 4 yrs


Roles & Responsibilities:
*Sourcing the required IT profiles through job portals/References/Internal database
*Interview co-ordination
*Client servicing/Co-ordination/follow ups
*Meeting the target assigned
*Sending bulk email & SMS"s
*Maintaining the reports.

Skills required:
*Minimum 1 year  of IT or ITES sourcing & hiring experience is a must
*Good spoken & written communication skills in English
*Basic MS- Excel knowledge is a must
*Performance oriented & Pleasing personality
*Aggressive to make money through Incentives

Work timings:

*Monday - Friday : 10 AM to 6.30 PM
*Saturday- 10.30 AM to 4.30 pm
