Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Post Graduate. Certification in Instructional Designing would be preferred.
Experience 0- 3 years
Salary Range Rs.10,000 to Rs.16,000 per month Plus performance based incentives.
Non monetary Benefit Licentiate program in T & D worth 1 Lakh.
Job Responsibilities
Develop clear, measurable training & learning objectives.
Conceptualizing and designing learning initiatives / interventions.
Handling all responsibilities starting from content authoring to updating existing content as per requirement. Keep all the training materials up to date.
Responsible for contextual research, preparing course and content Outline, Documents, storyboards/case studies for courses based on instructional design principles.
Developing / writing training content for functional as well as behavioral programs basis Adult Learning & ID Principles.
Content writing (especially understand the wide range of subjects/topics that the MEHR curriculum covers and be able to create content for it by doing online research, studying the existing content and taking inputs from the department head).
Design training programs based on the training needs identified by the inputs received from marketing team & demand analysis.
Interact with the faculty about their workshops content, structure, examine faculty workshop plans to ensure it is broadly on the same lines as the company's internal vision and goal of that workshop.
Regularly interact to program participants & study feedback reports to understand their expectations from the course content, explore possibilities of incorporating the expectations to increase the intensity of content.
Create testing and evaluation processes.
Develop thought leadership and other white papers.
Conduct training audits.
Design and develop content for newsletters.
Create content for branding & marketing purposes. Write blogs.
Study & modify web content & social media content to increase visitors.
Plan the positioning of training programs in the market & create an approach plan for the marketing teams.
Work with interns and guide them on the project areas.
Act as subject matter experts on how to develop training material
