The experience criteria are as follows:

·             Must be willing to work in night shifts.

·             Rate Negotiation with Consultants

·             Coordinated all recruiting activities within the team.

·             Should have extensive experience in US IT Recruitments.

·             Expertise in qualifying, interviewing, reference checking, and salary/offer negotiations with the consultants

·             Should be able to handle Contract, Contract to hire and Permanent positions

·             1 – 5 years experience in US Recruiting

·             Strong experience working with Ms office – Ms word, Ms excel and Ms outlook.

·             Experience with complete recruitment life cycle

·             Good Knowledge of US Tax terms i.e. 1099/C2C/W2

·             Willing to work for US Eastern time – Night shifts

·             Experience using job portals i.e. Monster, Dice, Corp – Corp etc

·             Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
