Job Description	Interview for Data Center Operations L2 @ HCL COMNET Noida on 31st   May  2014  Timing-10.Pm to 4 p.m  Requirement: Data Center Operations L2  Job Location-NOIDA  Exp: 3 Years-6 Years   Good communication skills. Should be ok to work in Night Shift. Candidates from Datacenter operation's background will be preferred. Hands on Experience in unix/linux/ windows/backup/ network monitoring tools etc. Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills. SPOC for each and every business critical issue. Event monitoring and co-relation skills. Event optimisation skills. Good knowledge of IM/PM/CM etc...(Mandate). Good knowledge of ITIL/ITSM concepts Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff. Managing team"s Leaves/approval and roster. Responsible for managing daily/weekly/monthly performance report.
